Kit allows for retracting trailer tongue into frame for convenient storage. Includes single hitch pin to unlock tongue from trailer base and two-position tongue receiver. It's made of galvanized Gauge 11 steel and installs simply, requiring minimal tools--pliers, wire cutter and wrenches sized 3/4" and 9/16".
