Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department for return authorization, sales@fishingtackleunlimited.com.

All returns and exchanges must be unused items along with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice. Refund will be issued back in the form of payment used on original receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require customer sends items directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

  1. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
  2. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.
  3. Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer
  4. Books, videos and software sales are final
  5. Special orders and personalized goods/apparel may not be returned.

 

Add/ Change/ Cancel Order

We strongly encourage you review your order before final check out. Once your order has been shipped we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the order. You can contact us via email sales@fishingtackleunlimited.com or at 1-888-943-1861 to cancel, confirm or make any changes to your order. To add to your order or increase quantity, we recommend you place a new order. You may also call customer service.

Damages:

All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.

Pricing and Specifications:

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors we have made in misprints, photographical and descriptive copy. Any article may be withdrawn from current sale at any time.
