The all new Dextreme flex fillet knives from Dexter-Russel feature a 2-in-1 flexible blade and an ergonomic handle. The dual blade enables cutting through scales without dulling the fillet blade. Using the upper Tiger edge to cut through scales and tougher surfaces preserves the fillet blade's sharp edge. The DEXGRIP handle flips easily, to facilitate use of both edges. All knives come with sheath.
