If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department for return authorization, email@example.com.
All returns and exchanges must be unused items along with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice. Refund will be issued back in the form of payment used on original receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require customer sends items directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Add/ Change/ Cancel Order
We strongly encourage you review your order before final check out. Once your order has been shipped we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the order. You can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-888-943-1861 to cancel, confirm or make any changes to your order. To add to your order or increase quantity, we recommend you place a new order. You may also call customer service.
All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.
