This 6-piece kit comes with 4 fillet knives, measuring 4.75, 5.5, 6.5 and 8 inches. The blades are made from satin finished stainless steel coated with titanium to strengthen the edges against premature wear. All the blades bend to fit the contours of the fish and extract perfect fillets, and the non-slip grip handles have an over molded TPR surface, so they provide secure, comfortable grip. The 2-Step Carbide-Ceramic Knife Sharpeners feature pre-angled diamond-honed tungsten carbide blades and ceramic rods and work easily with a few strokes through both honers.
