If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department for return authorization (RA#). All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip. Refund will be issued back in the form of payment used on original receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.


All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.


We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, factories do fail to ship our merchandise from time to time. If an item is backordered for more than 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled. We apologize, but we do not ship backordered items if less than $20.00 value. Please note if you want backorders cancelled at time of order. Backorders will not be accepted on international orders, or orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.

Most internet orders are processed within 24 hours. Order confirmation, Product availability and shipping tracking number will be provided via email after order is processed. Please note, internet orders received after 12 pm (CST) may not ship the same day.


USA Shipping Only
Domestic shipments includes free insurance up to the first $100.00 value; add $.50 per each $100.00 over the initial $100.00. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility.

About "My Account"

Store your shipping and billing info with us by setting up an account. Click on "My Account" and visit the "Create New Account" link. We keep your customer data private. You can also check out without creating an account. Simply fill out the required information each time.

To view our catalog of products visit the "Store Categories" Menu on the left of the site or use the store search field at the top of any page in the site to perform a search.

Using the Shopping Cart

Clicking "Add to Cart" will place a desired product into your Shopping Cart. To see what you have placed in your cart click "View Cart" at the top of each page. To remove an item go to "View Cart" and click on "Remove" beside the item you wish to take out of your cart.

Our shopping cart utilizes "cookies" in your browser to remember who you are and what you have placed in your cart. You will not have to remember a membership number or a password.

Placing an Order

To place an order, follow these steps:

  • Search or browse our store and add items to your cart as described in "Using The Shopping Cart."

  • Visit "View Cart" and click "Check Out."

  • Fill out the shipping, billing, and payment info on our secure page.

  • Wait for your products to arrive.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards. We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. The billing address must match the address listed on your credit card. All credit card orders are verified with the cardholder's bank and will be canceled if the information is incorrect. Please make sure that telephone numbers and email addresses are correct.

Refund Policy

Contact must be made by email or phone and customer must provide all pertinent order information as well as a description of the problem.
