If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department for return authorization (RA#). All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip. Refund will be issued back in the form of payment used on original receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.
We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, factories do fail to ship our merchandise from time to time. If an item is backordered for more than 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled. We apologize, but we do not ship backordered items if less than $20.00 value. Please note if you want backorders cancelled at time of order. Backorders will not be accepted on international orders, or orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.

We accept all major credit cards. We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. The billing address must match the address listed on your credit card. All credit card orders are verified with the cardholder's bank and will be canceled if the information is incorrect. Please make sure that telephone numbers and email addresses are correct.
