We’re Fishing Again
August 11th, 2009
Recent days has this galveston bay fishing guide catching some quality speckled trout and redfish.
We are in East Galveston bay, using soft plastic and live croackers.
Mostly fishing the middle over good shell in about 6-8 feet of water. Temp is mid 80’s and visibility is about 10 inches. Winds are tough sometimes, but as long as they are under 20mph, good success.
Recent moon phase was great for early and often speckled trout and redfish to 25 inches.
Plastic colors are salt/pepper paddle tails and Gulp in limetiger or cammo.
Wells in Trinity bay are holding solid speckled trout and redfish for this fishing guide. Sun Oil and C-Lease are good.
More later this week………………..
god bless
the fisherman
