Last week was a better than the usual fishing week. Everyone on the coast has seen some rain except for POC. Water temp. is 84-86 degrees in the bay and fishing was good last week for trout early morming with fish coming off of deep reefs and water around 8 to 12 feet. Wells in Matagorda bay still producing early when wind is not a problem. Jetties are producing lots of bull reds late afternoon especially on outgoing tide. Tarpon are still showing off end of jetties and a mile or two out from Pass Cavalo. More at end of week about this weeks results.
