Most internet orders are processed within 24 hours. Order confirmation, Product availability and shipping tracking number will be provided via email after order is processed. Please note, internet orders received after 12 pm (CST) may not ship the same day.
USA Shipping Only
Domestic shipments include free insurance up to the first $100.00 value; add $.50 per each $100.00 over the initial $100.00. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility.

- Products over 60' (cumulative length, width & girth) will be subject to an additional $7.50
shipping charge. Products (in the shipping container), such as rods over 84" (cumulative length, width & girth) will be subject to an additional $18.00 shipping charge.
- Products (in the shipping container) greater than 108" (cumulative length, width & girth),
will have additional shipping charges. You will be made aware of any additional charges
prior to shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
- SALES TAX: Orders shipped to a Texas address are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax.
- Orders which include Rods, Gaffs or Nets will incur an additional $6.50 charge for shipping.
- Delivery is not available to post office boxes. APO/FPO shipping is provided through USPS.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- ALASKA: Please add an additional $15.00 surcharge on all shipments
- HAWAII: please add an additional $6.00 surcharge on all shipments.
- ALASKA, HAWAII AND US Territories: Please allow 10-14 business days on standard shipping
to these locations. Allow 2-3 additional days for express shipping to outlying regions.

- Above quoted shipping rates do not apply to international orders. Additional charges will apply. Please call or email for a quote prior to placing your order.
- Duties and Taxes incurred are the responsibility of the consumer. Any incurred charges of this sort billed to Fishing Tackle Unlimited will be charged to the customer.
- International customers are encouraged to fax orders to us at 281-481-5590 for shipping purposes. We will establish the most economical shipping method. All payments must be made in US Funds drawn on a US Bank. Transfer of funds by wire is preferred for security purposes. Exchange rates are automatically calculated to US Dollars. American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are the cards we accept.
We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, factories do fail to ship our merchandise from time to time. If an item is backordered for more than 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled. We apologize, but we do not ship backordered items if less than $20.00 value. Please note if you want backorders cancelled at time of order. Backorders will not be accepted on international orders, or orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.
Returns and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 21 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department for return authorization (RA#). All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.
